Chet had to make another vehicle-related trip to Wichita the other day to clean out the crunched van one final time and say good-bye.
Yuck! Definitely don't want to relive that moment again.
I have to admit though, I'm really sad to see it go. It was our first van and it treated us well, not to mention, it kept us very safe.
Anyways, back to my story. On his way to Wichita, he made a short pit stop....at the golf shop. He desperately needed golf shoes (it's been like 15 years!), but he also wanted to get little man, Cru dog, his first set of clubs.
Left handed clubs! It's Chet's dream come true to coach a lefty.
The only thing, when Cru started swinging, he was all of a sudden a righty. Ha! I thought Chet was going to cry.
He's still young enough though, he can be swayed back the other way.
Pretty sure they were both in heaven!
Then Daddy had about all he could take....it was time to bring out the big dog!
Cru loves his Daddy so much and wants to be just like him.....
Is he not the cutest golfer you've ever seen?!
And so the fun begins! Cru couldn't have a better coach. I foresee many evenings chipping around the yard and many weekends spent at the course for a long time to come.
Love my golfers!
