Spaghetti, kinda

Probably one of the things I dread most every single day is figuring out what to make for supper. Drives me nuts! One of my family's weekly go-to meals is spaghetti. I love Italian food, but I've never been a huge fan of spaghetti. However, the rest of my family LOVES it! Especially, these two!

I recently found a recipe that was spaghetti, but not really.

All you need is
1 lb. of hamburger
1 jar of spaghetti sauce
8 oz. of rotini noodles
2 cups of water
mozzarella cheese

See, like spaghetti, kinda.

First, brown your hamburger.

You're going to cook all the ingredients together, so I recommend using a larger deeper skillet.

Next, add the jar of sauce. I like to switch things up, so tonight I used this kind.

Yummy!

Add your water at this time too.

I know, seems like a lot of liquid, but it's fine, I promise.

Bring this to a boil, then add your noodles. Like I said before, I like to switch things up, so instead of rotini noodles, I used these fun little pin wheel things.

These always seem to be more fun for Reese to eat, like they taste different or something. Which I have no idea where she gets that from because I certainly do not use linguine noodles when I make regular spaghetti because I think they taste better than the thin spaghetti noodles. Certainly, not me!

Anyways, where was I?

Oh yeah, add your noodles.
Bring to a boil again.
Reduce the heat.
Cook covered until noodles soften. Doesn't take long.

Then, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese!

And be ready for a thumbs up meal!

I've been getting a lot of those lately :)

Also, be ready for some silence because everyone will be busy devouring it!

Seriously, this is a great meal that your family will love.

And don't forget the breadsticks!
