We had no plans, but to relax and work around the house.
It was nearing lunch time, Chet was spraying weeds, I was sweeping the porch and garage, and our polite, beautiful, ever so wonderful children would NOT stop begging to play with the neighbors and each time we told them no (we had just spent the evening before with them and figured they deserved a break from us :)), they replied, "But we are soooo bored." Feeling ever so slightly irritated, I suggested to Chet maybe we could take them fishing.
We quickly ate lunch, loaded up the truck, bought Evee her first fishing "pool" (Cru's words, not mine), and we were on our way!
And the afternoon could not have been more perfect ♥
Walmart was out of worms, so we had to do a little digging....
