We have such busy holidays away from home that the kids usually don't get our gifts until the day after. Sometimes I ask myself if it's even worth it, but then again, it's also nice to keep the festivities ongoing. So this morning, the kids got to tear into their Easter baskets from Mommy and Daddy.
It didn't take Cru long to start digging through his basket....until something of Sissy's caught his eye.

I wish pictures had sound....guess that would be called a video.....this rhino is blasting music and dancing like you wouldn't believe.....clearance items are always a hit!
Grandma Cheryl and I have great minds that think alike.....they think differently too because we didn't get any two alike.

Reese wanted to put her swimming suit on immediately.....and she wore it all day.
The kids each got a beach hat, flip flops, swimming suit, and dancing stuffed animals (and what Cru is too young to realize won't hurt him since Reese also got a zhu zhu pet and a new umbrella. Next year, I'll keep it even). It was a great Easter weekend....not to forget what this holiday is all about.
